How far in advance do I need to book?

The sooner, the better. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

What's the latest I can book?

We can cater for last minute options, ideally no less than 24 hours, but always worth checking in case.

Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

Absolutely, we cater to all dietary requirements.

What are your payment terms?

Payment is required on all all orders through the site, bags payments can be accepted prior to delivery, get in touch with us to arrange.

How do you manage food allergies?

We manage food allergies in compliance with UK standards, our staff are fully trained, and certified in allergen management. We do work with all 14 allergen in our kitchens.

Do you provide servers for the event?

Yes, we can provide serving staff, at an additional charge of £16 per hour.

​

What areas do you serve?

We can provide catering to the city centre of Cardiff and within a ten mile radius, occasionally we can do further, but only if arranged prior, with enough notice.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

We can cancel an order up to 48 hours before free of charge, 24 hours before will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, under 24 hours will be charged full rate.

How is an order placed?

Place your order through our menus & ordering page, make your choices, as in your details and we will confirm back to you asap.

How will our food arrive?

We will deliver to your reception area, within an hour prior to your booked time. We will then collect all the packaging and boxes at agreed time with you later in the day.

Do you have a minimum order?

We generally have our minimum set around 10 people, but can deliver smaller on occasions, just ask.
