How far in advance do I need to book?

The sooner, the better. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

What's the latest I can book?

We can cater for last minute options, ideally no less than 24 hours, but always worth checking in case.

Do you cater to special dietary requirements?

Absolutely, we cater to all dietary requirements.

What are your payment terms?

We have a "pay it now" link for corporate & credit/debit cards, BACS payments can also be used, once invoice is sent out, we can arrange credit terms for regular clients - strictly 30 days only - anything over due that period will lose the credit terms and will have to revert to "pay it now" option.

How do you manage food allergies?

We manage food allergies in compliance with UK standards, our staff are fully trained, and certified in allergen management.

Do you provide servers for the event?

Yes, we can provide serving staff, at an additional charge, please request charges when booking.

What areas do you serve?

We can provide catering to the city centre of Cardiff and within a ten mile radius, occasionally we can do further, but only if arranged prior, with enough notice.

What happens if I need to cancel an order?

We can cancel an order up to 48 hours before free of charge, 24 hours before will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge, under 24 hours will be charged full rate.

How is an order placed?

Simply fill out the contact form, email or via the WhatsApp link, and we will send out the form for you to fill out and send back, we will the confirm, agree, get it booked in, and send invoice for payment, once payment is received we will send booking confirmation.

How will our food arrive?

We will deliver to your reception area, within an hour prior to your booked time. We will then collect all the packaging and boxes at agreed time with you later in the day.

Do you have a minimum order?

We generally have our minimum set around 10 people, but can deliver smaller on occasions, just ask.
